Plastic injection moulding
We produce plastic parts using customer moulds — since 1988, on our own set of six HAITIAN machines. You can safely entrust us with a mould: we will store it, service it and run it whenever the next batch is needed.
What we can do for you
We usually work on a „your mould, our machine and crew" basis.
Production using customer moulds
We take in customer moulds, set them up on our machines and run the batch — from short runs to continuous production.
Mould storage and servicing
You can leave the mould with us between runs. We keep it in good technical condition, carry out inspections and minor repairs.
Certified materials
We work with certified plastics — the same ones our children's toys are made from. Mass colouring on request.
Assembly and packing
We can assemble the parts, pack them and prepare the batch for shipment to a given address.

From enquiry to first run
- EnquiryA drawing or the mould dimensions, the material and the estimated batch size.
- QuoteWe check which machine will run the mould and quote a price per part.
- TrialWe take in the mould, run a trial shot and submit the parts for approval.
- ProductionWe start the run. The mould can stay with us until the next order.
